Iced Mango Matcha
Using the Spritz

INGREDIENTS
1 serving matcha
2 tbsp water
1 cup milk of your choice (coconut, almond, or oat)
1 serving Altrd Bliss Spritz
1/4–1/3 cup fresh mango purée (see instructions below)
Ice Mango Purée Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional, to brighten flavor)
1 tsp sugar or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Make the mango purée
Peel and chop the mango, removing the pit.
Place mango pieces in a blender. Add lemon/lime juice and sugar or honey if using.
Blend until smooth. For a thinner purée, add 1–2 tsp water and blend again. Step 2: Assemble the drink
Add 2–3 tablespoons of the mango purée to the bottom of a glass (more if you like it sweeter).
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour in the milk over the ice.
Add 1 serving Altrd Bliss Spritz and gently stir. Step 3: Prepare the matcha
In a small bowl or cup, whisk 1 serving matcha with 2 tbsp water until smooth and frothy.
Slowly pour the matcha on top of the milk, spritz, and mango mixture to create layers. Step 4: Serve
Stir before drinking (or enjoy the layered effect).
