Berry Lime Smoothie

Using The Rita

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup liquid of your choice (milk or water)
1/2 lime, juiced
1 serving Altrd Bliss Rita
Optional: protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Add frozen berries, liquid, lime juice, and Altrd Bliss Rita to a blender.
Add protein powder (optional).
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tip
Want it thicker? Use less liquid or add ice.
